HOW TO ORDER DELIVERY
After Customer confirmed order and Completed payment, Food Group Thailand will arrange the product delivery in 2 Types of Delivery dispenses on location of customers;
1. Local Customers
2. Global Customers
1. LOCAL CUSTOMERS
For Local customers shop through Food Group Thailand Shopping Online THB 1,500 or more and stay in delivery service area, we service by Door to Door by Delivery service areas are Bangkok and Bangkok Metropolitan Area (Samut Prakan, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani) and other area we will deliver to customer by Currier company such as Kerry, Thailand Post,
The delivery service depends on type of accommodation.
• For house, staff will deliver at door step.
• For office and condominium, staff will drop off order at reception.
• For flat and apartment, staff will drop off order on 1st floor only.
How to receive products (Delivery service)
1. Staff contact customer via phone number as order details.
2. Customer prepare invoice (can be print out version or email) with ID card (Name of receiver must match with invoice) to receive products.
3. Staff delivery the product to customer.
4. Customer check the products.
6. Customer sign form to receive the product.
7. Customer receive the product.
2. GLOBAL CUSTOMERS
For Global customers shop through Food Group Thailand Shopping Online, we provide Delivery service by Cash on Delivery (Customer has to pay Delivery Cost once Product Received)
